Please do not create multiple tickets for the same issue.  You can simply reply to the ticket from your email. 

Make sure you enter your email address correctly; otherwise, the agent may not be able to respond.
If you're a student and use your TU email address as the contact, make sure it ends with: @student.thomasu.edu
